  Hi, I’m Allison. I come from Wuhan and relocated to Xi'an three years ago, and now Xi’an has become my second hometown. I got TEM-4 and TEM-8 certificates when I majored in English in college and pursued further education as Master of Arts in Foreign Linguistics and Applied Linguistics. I used to teach college students as well as students aged from 15 to over 50. Through interacting with students, I’ve been always trying to give them advice on learning methods, techniques and habits. If you want to know more about me, please greet me if you see me in Meten.  我来自武汉，西安已经成为我的第二故乡，来美联快两年了，自己跟学生一起成长了很多。在平时的工作中，我能够鼓励低级别的学员保持自信，坚持积极的学习态度，使其稳步地进步，并较终达到与外教交流的水平。除了课堂上的教学，课下我经常建议学员使用正确有效的学习方法做好课程的预习和复习，达到更佳的学习效果。教学风格稳重而不失幽默，课堂上能够根据学员的不同特点引入不同的课堂活动，通过引导的方式让学生理解并轻松学会课堂内容。
